There are many reasons to perform Air Duct Cleaning Services, the most common include, sensitivity to allergies, dirty or moldy vents, musty/moldy smells, remodeling projects, dirty coils, and dirt/dust blowing out of the vents.

 

There are many causes to these problems, including deteriorating insulation within the A/C unit/fan, dirty coils, dirty ducts, or just an older system that has never been cleaned or inspected, every home is different. Western Indoor can provide and tailor an assessment of your HVAC System and will provide a game plan on how the system will be cleaned, while taking precautions to not damage your home or personal items.

 

The Dryer Vent System is a little bit different, it presents a fire hazard that can put you and your family in harm's way. It is a good idea for you to inspect the dryer vent regularly to make sure it is free of any lint or obstructions.
